Please note: Beginning on 4/2/26, submission of the registration form and payment initiates the registration process. Your registration is considered complete only after you receive a confirmation email confirming your seat in the track.

Conference loading

Conference registration fees include: 

  • Access to the selected track course and labs
  • Hands-on ultrasound scanning in small groups, led by experienced faculty
  • Course materials and supplies 
  • Continuing education credits, the final number and credit statement will be announced 
  • Breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks

Registration Policies
Registration is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations must be received no later than May 1, 2026 to be eligible for a refund. Registrations must be completed and paid by March 30, 2026, to receive early-bird pricing. 

Registration must be paid in full on the date of online registration. Registration does not include flight, transportation to/from airport or overnight lodging.
