• The group rate of $219/night plus taxes and fees is available May 16 -19 and includes (2) bottled waters (refreshed daily upon consumption), premium internet, bike rentals, tennis, pickle and basketball courts, fire pits, pool and hotel activities (pool toys, fishing equipment, sun block, towels, etc.), and unlimited use of the Health Club.

• Suggested Airport: Tampa International Airport (TPA)
• Ground Transportation: Ground travel to and from the airport is not included as part of the conference and must be secured by registrants. Transportation will be provided from the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay hotel to the CAMLS training lab on the morning of May 19th for those participating in the cadaver lab add-on or the Ultrasound Guided Synovial Biopsy tracks. Please note transportation back to the hotel will not be provided, participants will bring their luggage to the lab where it will be stored until departing the facility. Transportation at the end of the course will be the participant's responsibility.
